Q: What gift options are available on your site?
A: Customer can select from curated boxes or individual products. Curated boxes include a selection of complementary products and is delivered in a gift box with complimentary gift wrapping, ribbon and card.
Individual products can be purchased on our site, you can elect to have the item gift wrapped (if required) by selecting our gift wrapping service. A standard fee of R35 is charged for this service.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: A delivery fee is charged at checkout at a standard fee of R90 for orders below R500. Orders over R500 are delivered free of charge.
Q: When can I expect to receive my Gift box?
A: Processing and packaging of your order takes 1-2 business days, delivery takes 1-3 business days within Gauteng and 3-5 business days elsewhere in SA. You can therefore expect to have your gift box delivered within 5 days from payment.

Q : How can I track my Gift box?
A: Once the shipment has been booked with our courier partner, we will email you your tracking number.
Q: What payment methods do you accept and is it safe?
A: We are committed to providing you secure online payment facilities. All payment transactions concluded on our website are processed by our payment gateway partner, Payfast, a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider. We accept Credit, Cheque cards payments and Instant EFT all managed via Payfast. Your Gift Box will be dispatched as soon as the payment has been cleared into our bank account.
Q: What will the recipient expect to receive?
A: An elegantly packaged Gift Box, with a personal note on a gift tag from the sender, secured with additional packaging for protection during shipping.
Individual gifts are only gift wrapped, if a customer has elected for this service. Curated boxes are delivered in a gift box with ribbon and personalised card.
Q: I have received a damaged Gift Box, what do I do?
A: On this rare occasion , if the box is damaged on receipt from our courier partner, please take a photo of the box and don’t accept delivery. If you discover damages after the courier has left, take a photo and contact us asap. We will gladly assist you.
Q: Can I pre-order a gift box for delivery at a future date?
A: Yes! Indicate your delivery date and requirements in the notes section at checkout or email us at email@example.com and we will gladly hold onto your gift until desired delivery date.
Q: How will the recipient know who the sender is ?
A: All curated gift boxes include a complimentary gift tag. We are more than happy to write a very short message on the back on your behalf. Enter your message in the note section at checkout and we will gladly add it to the gift box. You can elect to have individual items gift wrapped and we will include a gift tag as part of our gifting service.
Q: I just realised that I supplied the wrong delivery address, what do I do?
A: If you make a mistake with the delivery address let us know asap. If your order hasn't been sent, we can easily make changes. However, If the parcel has already been collected by a courier, we'll try our best to make changes to the delivery address, noting that address alterations made by the courier are likely to result in delivery delays, and the courier is likely to charge a fee. We'll always email you an order confirmation straight away so please check that to ensure the details are correct. If you don't receive one immediately after placing your order, please let us know .
Q: I really like a Gift Box, but it is out of stock , what should I do ?
